Arnica macerate is known to be a painkiller. It helps to fight against muscle and joint pain. It is also an anti-inflammatory that soothes inflammation related to muscle and joint trauma and prevents the appearance of bruises or ecchymosis. It is also a blood regulator that relieves heavy legs, varicose veins and water retention problems. 
Finally, vitamin E is known to protect the skin from inflammatory manifestations and the impact of UV rays on the skin. It is also anti-ageing and stimulates the elasticity of the skin.
